CANTINA CHIORRI – ASSISI
- Late morning pick up and transfer to Cantina Chiorri
- The Chiorri farmhouse is a 19th century country house that has been restored, while maintaining the architectural characteristics of ancient Umbrian farmhouses.An environment rich in art and history, in which we offer an idea of hospitality in perfect harmony between past and present: a genuine holiday in contact with nature, ideal for those who wish to get to know rural tastes and traditions, delve into the world of wine and immerse themselves in the tranquillity of Umbria.
- Tour of the vineyard, wine tasting and lunch. Introduction of the tour with chef Gregorio and Flavia
- Afternoon departure to Assisi. Visit the town, shopping and relax
- Dinner at a traditional “trattoria”
- Evening walk and return at the hotel
- Overnight at Cantina Chiorri
Day 2. Tuesday, September 22
SPOLETO – CASCATE DELLE MARMORE
Spoleto is a city in Umbria. It’s surrounded by hills, olive groves and vineyards. Dating from the 12th century, Spoleto Cathedral has a porticoed facade embellished by a mosaic. Inside is a cycle of frescoes by the medieval artist Filippo Lippi. The National Archaeological Museum complex displays items from the Bronze Age and Roman times. It also includes the restored Roman Theater.

- Walking tour Marmore waterfalls. It is recommended to wear walking shoes
Open air lunch in Spoleto at an agriturismo. “La Sinfonia”. The term agriturismo covers a large number of different services available in the countryside, from simple affordable farm holidays to stays in old houses or farms converted into luxury villas. Various types of accommodation are on offer, with or without meals provided, in bed and breakfasts, cottages, villas, or apartments.

Day 3. Wednesday, September 23
TENUTA SANTA LUCIA – PIZZA DINNER
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Late morning departure to visit “Tenuta Santa Lucia”. The Santa Lucia estate covers 45 hectares which, knowing how to cultivate with knowledge and love for cultivation, have proved to be excellent for the production of different types of wine, high quality wine: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet, Alicante, Carignano, Falanghina, Sauvignon, Malvasia
- Tour of the vineyard and return to the “cantina” for wine tasting and lunch
- Afternoon departure to Greccio. Visit San Francesco d’Assisi sanctuary
- Pizza pizza pizza! Pizza dinner paired with artisanal high-quality beer
- Overnight at Cantina Chiorri
Day 4. Thursday, September 24
SIENA – CASTELLO DI CELSA – DINNER IN THE VINEYARD
- Morning departure to Siena. Tour of the town
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Afternoon visit to Castello di Celsa
- Return at Cantina Chiorri, relax and packing
- Dinner in the vineyard under the stars
Day 5. Friday, September 25
ROME “The Eternal City”. A day as a Roman with chef Rayn, Gregorio’s friend.

- Check in to the hotel in Rome
- Pizza Bianca with “Porchetta” or “Mortadella” at Mizio’s, a very popular roman street food
- Walk from Colosseo to Piazza Venezia to Pantheon
- “Aperol Spritz”, the most popular Italian aperitivo, in Piazza Navona
- Dinner at “BENCO” a calabrian contemporary restaurant

Day 6. Saturday, September 26

Refunds are not permitted for cancellations made 60 days prior to the commencement date.
